The Council

One question, fifteen perspectives, one recommendation.

Put a decision to all fifteen advisors at once. Each answers from its own mandate, and the disagreements are the point — they are where the risk is.

Available to anyone with an account.

What it does

  • Fifteen mandates, not fifteen voices Each advisor answers only within its remit and says so when a question falls outside it.
  • Disagreement surfaced, not smoothed Conflicting positions are listed side by side before any synthesis is offered.

How it works

You write the question once. The council runs it past the chief executive, the chief financial officer, legal counsel, the risk officer and eleven others, each reading it through its own remit.

What comes back is not a consensus. It is fifteen positions, the points where they conflict, and a synthesis that names the conflict rather than averaging it away.

A session takes a few minutes and leaves a record you can reopen, share with a colleague, or export to a memo.
